Northeast Ballet Company, Assistant Artistic Director, Principal Dancer, and Master Teacher

Meaghan (better known to the Myers and Northeast Ballet Company families as "Fitzy") began her dance training at age two, and came to Myers Studio as a student in 2000. Meaghan joined the Myers staff in 2003. Throughout her time with Myers she has taught, ballet, jazz, pointe, choreography, kinesiology, and dance history. With Northeast Ballet Company, Meaghan has performed in their annual productions of The Nutcracker, Before and Beyond, Stories that Dance, and CBS 6's Melodies of Christmas. Meaghan graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2008 with her B.S.Ed in Childhood and Special Education with a concentration in Dance and from The University at Albany in 2009 with her M.S. in Literacy. She is currently the Literacy Specialist at The Albany Academy. At Myers, Meaghan currently teaches ballet and pointe and serves as an Assistant Artistic Director and rehearsal mistress of Northeast Ballet Company.
